Return Policy

At the NW Natural Appliance Center, we understand that sometimes a product has been purchased yet not needed or even that plans change unexpectedly.

We offer all customers a generous return policy, with the following conditions:

Clearance and Special/Custom Order sales are final and non-returnable
Stock items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with prior management approval
All returns are subject to manufacturer’s return policy
A minimum 25% restocking fee may be applied
Any additional freight costs assessed by the manufacturer will also be deducted from the final refund
Refunds are processed within one week and will be credited to your card on file or mailed (if cash or check was presented at time of purchase)
