New this year is the JETFIRE Ignition system which starts each of the four burners individually for reliable start ups. The P500 series is available with a rear infrared rotisserie burner and/or an infrared Sizzle Zone Side burner. Standard to the P500 gas grills are Porcelainized cast iron Wave Reversible channel cooking grids and stainless steel side shelves with condiment trays. Food releases easily from the grilling surface and the clean-up is a breeze.
