Mixing direct heat from specifically placed ports and channels with radiant heat from ceramic briquettes allows the Twin Eagles gas barbecue to reach higher temperatures and distribute that heat evenly to the grates. Twin Eagles’ hexagonal grates provide more food-to-surface contact to brand your food with thick, restaurant style sear marks. Powering the gas barbecue are 25,000 BTU burners (two in the 30″ model) which include zone dividers, better to grill different foods at different temperatures at the same time. The 30″ model is also available with an infrared rotisserie and/or an infrared Sear Zone for hotter, faster grilling. The Twin Eagles quality is something you can see right away. They’re built of high grade 300 series stainless steel. There are no seams where sides are joined – it’s all seamless heli-arc welded construction. Twin Eagles gas barbecues are built to last.
