The Sierra comes with either a circular burner or is also available with a rectangular burner – it’s 60,000 BTUs with the circular burner, 80,000 with the rectangular. A chat chair is a little lower than a regular height chair. They are very comfortable and set and just the right height to offer warmth from your fire pit. We recommend using a professional who can properly determine the gas line size, pull the correct permit, test the line pressure and ensure that the installation is completed safely. It is very common for our customers who are having other gas line installed in the home (for instance with a new gas fireplace) to also have the gas line run to the patio at the same time. Even if a new natural gas fire pit or barbecue grill is not being installed at that time, the gas line will be ready and in place for the future.
