Description
The four burners offer a lovely combination of cooking temperatures: there’s one 15-thousand BTU professional strength burner, a 5-thousand BTU simmer burner that goes down all the way to 900 BTUs (that’s very low) plus a 10.5-thousand and 9.2-thousand BTU everyday burners. The vent is 325 cfm with a two speed fan control.
