The innovative Roast function brings the oven temperature up to 500 degrees for the first 20 minutes for searing. Then when used with the temperature probe and the Roast cooking mode, the oven will automatically turn off whene the internal temperature of the meat has reached the pre-set temp you’ve determined. So there are no more dry, stringy roasts or poultry. All in all, you have 10 cooking modes to chose from in addition to the warm setting. Both ovens have true convection and sliding rack systems.
